ECO Flexible Eligibility (ECO Flex)

Under ECO4 Flex, Local Authorities (LAs) can refer private tenure households that it considers to be living in fuel poverty or on a low income and vulnerable to the effects of living in a cold home.

Ribble Valley Council’s Eligibility Criteria

To offer ECO4 Flex, LAs must publish a Statement of Intent (SoI). This document sets out the eligibility criteria for ECO4 Flex.
