Consultation on proposed changes to the administration of the Self Build and Custom Housebuilding Register and the ‘Local eligibility’ criteria for Part 1 of the Register

The Council has published draft changes to the administration of the Self Build and Custom Housebuilding Register (both part 1 and 2) and the ‘Local eligibility’ criteria for Part 1 of the Register, for consultation which runs from 11 October 2024 to 5pm on 8 November 2024.

For further information please see the Parts 1 and 2 Proposed Changes to the Council’s Planning and Development Committee which approved these changes for public consultation at its meeting on the 22 August 2024.
