Improvements to Salthill Play Area

Scheme Details

Ribble Valley Borough Council is looking to develop an existing play area. The play area is located within a residential area. The budget available for the site is £95,000.00 and the contractor shall allow for this in their tender. The Contractor is to develop a design for the site that includes the reuse of any existing suitable equipment and shall incorporate play elements suitable for disabled children.

The closing date for the return of all documents has been extended and is now 2:00pm on Monday 22nd July 2024.

Important Note Regarding Tender Return Date and Related Amendments

The closing date for the return of tenders has been extended by 2 weeks to 2:00pm on Monday 22nd July 2024 and the tender timetable has been revised as shown below:

Due to the changes to the above timetable it has been necessary to amend Evaluation Question 2 in the Invitation to Tender.
