Submitted Neighbourhood Areas

To date there are three designated neighbourhood areas in Ribble Valley:

  • Longridge
  • Bolton by Bowland
  • Whalley

There are currently no submitted application currently on consultation:

Whalley

The Council received an application for designation from Whalley Parish Council for a Neighbourhood Plan. Consultation on the proposed form and area lasted for a four week period from 23 April 2015 – 21 May 2015.

The Council has formally approved the designation and the steering group can now begin to develop a plan.
