NEW specialist Movement to Music class for Grindleton Pavillion those living with Parkinson’s and their friends and family. Funded by Parkinson's UK.
This is a weekly class lead by Filomena Ianni, a Somatic Movement practitioner The class runs every Tuesday from 2.00 - 3.15 pm at Grindleton Pavillion, Sawley Road, Grindleton BB7 4QT We ask for a £3.50 contribution per class. You can pay weekly and there is no need to book. Classes can be taken seated or standing. All classes include tea or coffee and biscuits at the end when we can chat and get to know each other.
