Council Offices and Meetings

Council Offices

The Council Offices and Contact Centre are open from 9:00am and close at 5:00pm Monday to Friday. The offices are closed on bank holidays. Opening hours during the Christmas period can be found on the homepage.

Many services such as bill payments and reporting services can be done via our website.

When the offices are closed, if you find yourself in an extreme circumstance where there's an immediate threat to health and safety, please use our emergency phone number 01200 444448.

Committee Meetings

The legislation allowing for remote meetings expired on 7 May 2021. All Committee meetings now take place in the Council Chamber, 13 Church Street, Clitheroe BB7 2DD. 

Members of the public can observe Committee meetings in the public gallery. You are also able to register to speak under public participation at Council and Committee meetings. Please contact committee services on 01200 414408 or committee.services@ribblevalley.gov.uk
